UK Standard Delivery – £3.99 or FREE OVER £75 (3-5 working days)

UK Next Working Day Delivery - £5.99 (Orders must be placed before 3pm GMT Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm Thursday will roll onto the next working day.)

UK Nominated Day Delivery – £6.99 (Saturday orders must be placed by 3pm Friday, mainland UK only).

International & EU Standard Delivery – £9.99 (Please see Delivery page for more details). 

UK Returns

Returns are now quick and simple via our Returns Hub. Follow the step by step guide to make a return or track where a return is up to. 

You may return your purchase (or part of it) for a refund, within 14 days of receiving it. Bridesmaid dresses can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. 

Returns cost £2.50. This charge will be deducted from your refund. If you return all items from your order we will refund you your original delivery charge.

International & EU Return
If you ordered from outside of the UK your return will be processed by Global-e. Please use the returns link here to start the return process. Look out for a returns email from Global-e once you have completed the steps.

*Any orders placed before the 12^th April 2022 your order may not show on the returns portal. Please use the returns label in your parcel and return via your chosen courier and cost. We advise you get a tracked delivery so we can ensure the parcel is returned to us. Click here for more details

UK Returns

If returning multiple items check which brand your return needs to be made to and return it in separate packages. For brands that are not Little Mistress, Paper Dolls, Girls on Film or Trendyol please follow the instructions on the returns form received in your parcel as you may need to return the item to a different address.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
