  • How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Once you have seen an item that you want to buy, choose your size, colour (where relevant) and quantity, and then simply click 'Add to Bag'.

When you have added all of your items into the shopping bag, press the checkout button and follow the straight forward on screen prompts.

If you have any problems please contact our customer service department using the Contact Us form.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

Items shown on the website are in stock. However, there may be times, particularly during Sale time, when a certain size may be out of stock.

In this instance, when you try to add an item to your shopping bag an 'out of stock' message will appear.

You will then have the opportunity to select another size, a different item or to select the option that will email you when/if it comes back into stock.

  • How do I know you have received my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will see a confirmation page with an order number reference. You will also receive an order confirmation email to the email address that you supplied when you registered with the website.

  • I didn't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

Confirmation emails are dispatched automatically by our system; however we cannot control how quickly your email provider will take to deliver the mail to your inbox. If you have not received the email within 24 hours, please check your ‘junk’ folder or contact us so that we can confirm your order.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Please note that this includes changing the size or colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods. However you can return the order for a refund once it has been delivered to you.

  • Republic of Ireland Charges

Due to Brexit there are changes to delivery and taxes for the ROI. Below are the changes we have made and some information on expected charges.

    -Delivery is FREE to ROI.

-Courier handling charge £15 on delivery invoiced by your courier.

-VAT we have removed from all our products on the website at checkout for those customers in the ROI. You will pay VAT via invoice from your courier on delivery.

-Orders over 150 Euros will have a duty fee applied at delivery and invoiced by your courier. This a charge of 12% and it is the customers responsibility to cover this charge. Please note this is a further charge to the above VAT & handling fee from the courier.

    Custom & Duty Charges

Depending on the value of your order and your specific country, you may be charged customs or import fees once your parcel arrives into your country. As stated in our ‘Terms and Conditions’, these fees must be paid by the customer and won’t be covered by Little Mistress. These charges are not applied by Little Mistress therefore can’t be refunded. The charges are set by your country and vary between orders, we’re unable to predict what the charges may be. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

We have outlined below further information why these costs occurred and what this means for you.

On 24th December 2020, the UK and the EU reached an agreement on how to trade (the Trade and Cooperation Agreement). It entered into force on 1st January 2021. As a result of the agreement, the UK is no longer part of the EU’s single market and customs union and new rules apply.

From 1st January 2021, the UK has extended the rules which applied to non-EU postal items before. Similarly, the EU now treats postal items from the UK as it did non-EU items before. This means there may be changes to how you receive items from abroad.

As soon as you buy a product from a non-EU country, then effectively you become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments. The goods are normally held by the Customs Authority at entry, pending the payment of duty and tax.

The recipient may then have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the recipients’ country, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.

Customs Duty is not due for goods, provided directly to the buyer when their value does not exceed 150 euros.

This exception does not apply to perfumes and toilet waters, tobacco or tobacco products and alcoholic products which are subject to special limits on the quantity provided.

VAT is not due when the total value of all goods in a consignment (value not inclusive of customs duties or transport costs) is less than a threshold. The threshold may vary from 10 euros to 22 euros, depending on the EU country. Certain countries however, exclude mail orders from the exemption. This exception does not apply to tobacco or tobacco products, to perfumes or toilet waters and alcoholic products.

  • Full Privacy Policy

Never heard of GDPR? You’re not alone.
It’s one of those EU laws that suddenly everyone’s talking about. And as boring as it sounds, it’s important you get yourself clued up.
So, we’ll try and keep this as painless as possible…
General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR for short, is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union; addressing the export of personal data outside the EU. And it’s getting an update.
As of May 25th 2018, the new legislation will protect EU citizens from organisations using their personal data irresponsibly; putting you in charge of what information is shared, where it’s shared and how.

So, what type of data do we collect?
Just the basics. Things like your name, address, email address, date of birth, phone number, purchase history and survey responses. We then process this data, with your consent, and use it for our own legitimate business interest. This means your data will go towards our company market research and customer spending habits.
When using our Mobile App, we automatically receive your location, IP address and data about your mobile platform. We then process this data as necessary for the provision of the service provided when using our website and/or App.
For us to hold your data, or for you to opt into our marketing emails, you must be over the age of 13 to give your consent.

    How we use your data
To ensure the content on our website and app is displayed in the most effective way for you and the device you’re using
To give you the option to register with us on our website
To notify you about changes to our services
To keep you updated with all our latest offers, services, special offers and new arrivals via marketing emails
To send you information that we think you’ll want to receive, or that we think would benefit you and your experience with us

    Sharing your information
We do not, under any circumstance, share any of your personal data to any third party, unless you explicitly agree to. Your trust is important to us, as is your confidence when purchasing online at Little Mistress.
However, we do share your information with the following categories of companies as an essential part of our service to you.
    •    Companies within the Little Mistress group; as certain departments are responsible for different activities within the business
    •    Companies that ensure you get your online purchase; such as payment providers, warehouse staff and delivery companies
    •    Business affiliates of Little Mistress; such as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts

    •    We share your personal information with third parties who help us to deliver targeted marketing campaigns and to personalise your experience online.

    •    Companies that help us tackle fraud; such as credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention

Finally, we may provide third parties with anonymous information and analytics about our customers for research purposes; we make sure this information does not identify you.

    Little Mistress online adverts
Online advertising is an integral part of our marketing process. So if you see a Little Mistress banner pop up on another website you’re on, don’t be alarmed. We do this to keep you aware of new products and launches. Banners and ads may also be based on your Little Mistress search history, previous products clicked on, or our content you’ve read.

    Electronic correspondence

If you’ve opted in to receive our email newsletters, these include the use of a tracking pixel. This isn’t as scary as it sounds and simply helps us to see if you’re interested in the emails we send. It also allows us to create a more relevant, tailored experience for you. The pixel tracks whether emails are opened or not and how you interact with the email itself, including if and what you click on.

By signing up to our newsletter, you also consent to the use of this pixel. If this isn’t cool with you, just click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of our emails and we’ll remove you from our mailing list. If you don’t open any of our emails for a year, we’ll take the hint and stop sending emails to you also. Don’t worry, we won’t take it to heart. If you have any further questions, you can always contact us – we’d love to hear from you and help in any way possible.

    Keeping your information
We hold on to your information for as long as you have an active account with us, or until your customer-support query has been resolved by our Customer Care Team, if you do not have an account with us.
If necessary or required, we will hold on to your information to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, even after you’ve closed your account.

    Your rights
When it comes to your personal information, make sure you know your rights.
    You have the right to…
    •    Be informed about how your personal information is being used
    •    Access your personal information we hold about you
    •    Request the correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you
    •    Request that we delete your data, stop processing it or collecting it
    •    Opt out of marketing emails and other forms of direct contact using your personal data

Lastly, if you wish to exercise your right to complain, or have any questions on the new GDPR privacy policy, please feel free to contact us.

    EXCHANGE RATES

Please note we use our own fixed exchange rates.

    CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

    THIRD-PARTY BRANDS

By purchasing through the Website, with the exception of Little Mistress, Paper Dolls, Girls on Film and Outrageous Fortune, you are buying from one of our third party retailers (Partner(s)), and the purchase contract lies between you and them. We act as an agent for the Partners, but you are purchasing the products from them and we are not a party involved in the contract. The Partners authorise us to complete the contract for them but you are not buying the products from us. Please refer to following sections for more information concerning your purchase and the contract between you and the Partners. For Little Mistress, Paper Dolls, Girls on Film and Outrageous Fortune branded products, the contract lies directly between you and us.

    1. OUR SERVICES

Our Services include the ability to search and purchase products from Partner brands through the Website. We also arrange delivery, process payment and offer customer support to any queries or issues on behalf of the Partner. Items ordered through a Partner brand will be shipped directly from the relevant brand and can only be ordered to a UK address. The Partner is legally accountable for selling the products to you, not us. Little Mistress, Paper Dolls, Girls on Film and Outrageous Fortune products will be shipped directly from our warehouse and we are responsible for these products only.

    2. THE PRODUCTS

The description of each product is based on details provided to us by the Partners, and, although we strive to be accurate in these, we can’t guarantee these will be entirely free of errors. We also can’t guarantee the true colour of each product will be displayed in each image, due to computer, mobile and tablet display and colour settings, so please consider that images are for illustrative purposes only. For more details concerning a product, please call or email our customer service department. If you wish to return an item, please return this directly to the Partner brand. Details of their address can be found on the returns form inside your delivery parcel. Please do not return these to the Little Mistress address. If you experience issues with the service of a Partner, please contact our customer service team who will strive to resolve this. A refund will only be issued when the Partner receives your returned item.

    3. LITTLE MISTRESS PARTNERS

For all products purchased from a third party brand, the contract lies between you and the brand as you are not buying from us directly. The Partner gives us permission to act as an agent to complete the sale of the product, but we are not part of the contract for the purchase. Although we ensure that the Partners have fair business policies, we can’t be held accountable for these.

    4. PRICES, ORDERS & PAYMENT

By clicking ‘Place Order’ at the end of the checkout, you are agreeing to buy the products from the relevant Partner, not from us directly. Please note that your order is subject to the Terms and Conditions, which are also part of the contract between you and the Partner. Each order is subject to availability and order price with the Partner. Once you’ve purchased a product, you’ll enter into a legal contract with the Partner, who will be obliged to provide you with the products as per the order. Any risk with the product will stay with the Partner until it’s delivered to the specified delivery address.
