You may return your purchase (or part of it) for a refund, within 14 days of receiving it, by posting the item(s) back to us at the address listed below. Please note, bridesmaid dresses can be returned in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
CollectPlus labels will be included with your order if you are a UK customer. Please remember to obtain your receipt when you return your item. If you have lost your CollectPlus label, click here to print off a new one.
Royal Mail returns labels are now also available for FREE RETURNS if you are a UK customer. Please Click here if you need another returns label. Please remember to obtain your receipt when you return your item.
Please note: On your invoice it will state a £2.50 charge. Please ignore this we are now offering FREE RETURNS. In your parcel from LM or a partner brand you should have a Free Returns label provided.
If you choose not to use our CollectPlus service, you can still return your items, however you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your order.
If you are not using our CollectPlus or Royal Mail labels or you are not a UK customer, you are strongly recommended to return your item to us via a tracked postal service at your own cost (we cannot accept responsibility if your item is lost in transit).
