UK Returns

Returns are quick and simple via the Royal Mail. Follow the simple steps to make a return to obtain your QR code or printable label.

You may return your purchase (or part of it) for a refund, within 14 days of receiving it. Bridesmaid dresses can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. 

Returns cost £2.50. This charge will be deducted from your refund. 

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

INTERNATIONAL & EU RETURNS

If you ordered from outside of the UK your return will be processed by Global-e. Please use the returns link here to start the return process. Look out for a returns email from Global-e once you have completed the steps.

 

*Any orders placed before the 12th April 2022 your order may not show on the returns portal. Please use the returns label in your parcel and return via your chosen courier and cost. We advise you get a tracked delivery so we can ensure the parcel is returned to us.
