Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, there is a simple way to return it. You can return your order within 14 days of purchasing and 28 days if you purchased a Bridesmaid dress. If you are returning an international/EU order, it's 28 days to allow for shipping.

If you ordered from outside of the UK your return will be processed by Global-e. Look out for a returns email from Global-e once you have completed the steps.

*Any orders placed before the 12th April 2022 your order may not show on the returns portal. Please use the returns label in your parcel and return via your chosen courier and cost. We advise you get a tracked delivery so we can ensure the parcel is returned to us.

RETURN GUIDELINES
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse. We will assist should there be issues returning, please get in touch with our Customer Service team enquiries@little-mistress.co.uk.

 

 

If you ordered from one of our 3rd party brands in your parcel you should have a Pre-paid Returns label provided so you can send your items straight back to their warehouse.

 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchange's only refunds.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

 

It can take up to 7 working days (15 days for international customers) for your returns to reach us. To keep you informed on the progress of your return, we will send you an email confirming the return as long as goods are in their original condition, un-worn and with all original labels attached. Once confirmed it will take up to 5 days to refund into your bank account.
