If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, there is a simple way to return it. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving and 28 days if you purchased a Bridesmaid dress. If you are returning an international/EU order, it's 28 days to allow for shipping. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

If you ordered from outside of the UK your return will be processed by Global-e. Look out for a returns email from Global-e once you have completed the steps.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse. We will assist should there be issues returning, please get in touch with our Customer Service team email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
It can take up to 7 working days (15 days for international customers) for your returns to reach us. To keep you informed on the progress of your return, we will send you an email confirming the return as long as goods are in their original condition, un-worn and with all original labels attached. Once confirmed it will take up to 5 days to refund into your bank account.
