When will I receive my refund?

Items will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive at our warehouse.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 working days of your goods being received into our warehouse (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The method of payment used to process your order will be refunded with the original price you were charged (except delivery costs). Once your refund has been processed, it may take up to 10 working days for your funds to go back into your account.

A refund will be issued if the item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and if all information in the returns form is complete fully and correct.

If there are any problems with your refund, you will be contacted by a member of staff.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of online purchases at concessions or Little Mistress standalone stores.

Please note that due to the busy period, you may experience delays in receiving your refund.
