💬 Why We Charge £6 for UK Returns

We want your shopping experience with Little Mistress to be as effortless as your style. While we offer free UK delivery on all orders, we charge a £6 return fee to help cover the cost of processing and sustainable handling.

This fee helps us:

• Offer a generous 30-day return window
• Provide easy access to a tracked label via our returns portal
• Let you return your way if preferred
• Reduce waste and run more sustainably

The £6 fee will be automatically deducted from your refund once your return is processed.
Please allow up to 15 working days from the day your return is received for processing.

We’re committed to transparency and fairness—and we never profit from returns. The fee reflects real costs while keeping our prices competitive and our service high.

 

RETURNS WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT

• Returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order
• Have not been worn
• Have original swing tags attached
• Are in resalable condition

Return processing can take up to 15 working days from the day we receive the return.
We do not email to confirm receipt—please use your return tracking instead.

 

RETURNS WE DO NOT ACCEPT

• Faulty items without prior approval
• Items not purchased via www.little-mistress.com
• Items listed in our exclusion list
• Items that appear worn or washed
• Items not in original condition
• Items with security tags removed
• Items returned after the 30-day return window

Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

We do not accept faulty items without prior approval.

Exchanges are not currently available.

 

MYSTERY BOX

All Mystery Box purchases are final and non-refundable, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations exemptions for personalised and mystery items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on item preferences, sizing, or duplicates.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are at your own cost.
Do not use our UK returns portal.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

We do not email to confirm receipt of your return—please use your return tracking.
You’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Return processing can take up to 15 working days from the day we receive your return.
We appreciate your patience while we inspect the goods to ensure they meet our Return Terms & Conditions.

All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
The initial shipping cost and the £6 return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account—this timeline is outside our control.
