- items that appear to have been worn or washed
- items that are not in original condition
- items that have their security tag removed

Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.
Exchanges are not currently available.

RETURN CHARGES
UK RETURNS - are free. To make a return, fill in our return form included inside your parcel. If it is missing, email us at enquiries@little-mistress.co.uk. Click
MAKE A RETURN, enter your order reference (NUMBERS ONLY) and follow the on-screen instructions.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - are at your own cost. We advise you always use tracked service. We can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Return processing can take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. We appreciate your patience whilst we inspect the returned goods to ensure they meet our Return Terms & Conditions https://www.little-mistress.com/pages/returns before any funds can be refunded.
All refunds are processed to your original payment method. The initial shipping cost and the return charge is automatically deducted from your refund. Depending on the way you paid, the funds may take additional 5 business days to show on your bank/card statement. This time frame is dictated by your bank/card provider and is outside of our control.
