Welcome to the Little Mistress Limited website conditions for use. These conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions you may not use or access this Website.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these conditions please contact us by e-mail. 
Access You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

Orders We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. 

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows: 
You place the order for your products on the web-site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below. Non acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances:

1 .The product you ordered being unavailable from stock. 
2. Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment. 
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error. 
4. You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Conditions of Use. The contract will be concluded in English.



We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

  1. Register by providing your real name, phone number, postal/delivery address, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information. 
    2. Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us 
    By making an offer to buy a Product, you specifically authorize us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. 


All prices are stated in £sterling (with the option to change currency according to each individuals preference) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to dispatch of orders. 
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. 
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. 
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order once it has been submitted. Please note that this includes changing the size or colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods.


Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached within 28 days from the day you receive your order. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund of items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

You may return your purchase (or part of it) for a refund, within 28 days of receiving it, by posting the item(s) back to us at the address listed below.

In the UK we charge £2.50 for returns if using our return label included inside your parcel. The return charge is automatically deducted from your refund as well as the initial shipping cost. 
If you opt in for an online credit (gift card) there is no charge for a return and additional 5% is rewarded.

International returns are at your own cost. We advise you always use tracked service. We can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

We will NOT email you to confirm the receipt of your return. Please use your return tracking instead. You will only be emailed once refunded.

Return processing can take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. We appreciate your patience whilst we inspect the returned goods to ensure they meet our Return Terms & Conditions https://www.little-mistress.com/pages/returns before any funds can be refunded.

All refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on the way you paid, the funds may take additional 5 business days to show on your bank/card statement. This time frame is dictated by your bank/card provider and is outside of our control.


Please note that only one discount code can be used per transaction and can only be applied to full price items, unless otherwise stated. Discount codes can only be used for online transactions on www.little-mistress.com and not in any stores or concessions.


We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password. We may also collect, and our third party providers of advertisements and content may collect, information about where you are on the internet (eg the URL you came from, IP address, domain types like .co.uk and .com), your browser type, the country and telephone area code where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on, and any search terms that you entered on our website ("User Information"). We may collect this information even if you do not register with us.

You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service.

We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us (or which is available on public registers) and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner's Office. We use your information only for the following purposes:

If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

When you create a shopping account while ordering online you will be given the option to receive information from Little Mistress by post, e-mail or telephone, about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. Your Personal Information may be disclosed to other reputable third parties who will help process your order. Little Mistress requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information we are entitled do so.

Our Services include the ability to search and purchase products from Partner brands through the Website. We also arrange delivery, process payment and offer customer support to any queries or issues on behalf of the Partner. Items ordered through a Partner brand will be shipped directly from the relevant brand and can only be ordered to a UK address. The Partner is legally accountable for selling the products to you, not us. Little Mistress, Paper Dolls, Girls on Film and Outrageous Fortune products will be shipped directly from our warehouse and we are responsible for these products only.


The description of each product is based on details provided to us by the Partners, and, although we strive to be accurate in these, we can’t guarantee these will be entirely free of errors. We also can’t guarantee the true colour of each product will be displayed in each image, due to computer, mobile and tablet display and colour settings, so please consider that images are for illustrative purposes only. For more details concerning a product, please call or email our customer service department. If you wish to return an item, please return this directly to the Partner brand. Details of their address can be found on the returns form inside your delivery parcel. Please do not return these to the Little Mistress address. If you experience issues with the service of a Partner, please contact our customer service team who will strive to resolve this. A refund will only be issued when the Partner receives your returned item.


For all products purchased from a third party brand, the contract lies between you and the brand as you are not buying from us directly. The Partner gives us permission to act as an agent to complete the sale of the product, but we are not part of the contract for the purchase. Although we ensure that the Partners have fair business policies, we can’t be held accountable for these.


By clicking ‘Place Order’ at the end of the checkout, you are agreeing to buy the products from the relevant Partner, not from us directly. Please note that your order is subject to the Terms and Conditions, which are also part of the contract between you and the Partner. Each order is subject to availability and order price with the Partner. Once you’ve purchased a product, you’ll enter into a legal contract with the Partner, who will be obliged to provide you with the products as per the order. Any risk with the product will stay with the Partner until it’s delivered to the specified delivery address.
