By purchasing a Mystery Box from Little Mistress ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United Kingdom to participate. Our Mystery Box offer is intended for end consumers only; resellers are not eligible.
Mystery Box Contents
Each Mystery Box contains a selection of women’s fashion items (e.g. clothing, accessories, or footwear) curated at random. Contents are selected at our sole discretion and vary in style and value. Product images used in marketing are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee the items you will receive. We do our best to match your chosen clothing size, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
No Returns or Exchanges
All Mystery Box purchases are final and non-refundable, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations exemptions for personalised and mystery items. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on item preferences, sizing, or duplicate items. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event that an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Sizing
While we use your selected size to pack the box, sizing may vary slightly by brand or item. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit.
Value Guarantee
Each box will contain items with a combined retail value equal to or greater than the advertised box value.
Availability
Mystery Boxes are available while stocks last and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
Shipping & Delivery
UK standard delivery applies. Please allow 3–7 working days from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays due to courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Any customs or import duties (if applicable for non-mainland UK) are the responsibility of the customer.
Liability
We are not liable for dissatisfaction with Mystery Box contents, including but not limited to personal taste, sizing issues, or duplicated products in multiple purchases. Our liability for defective or misdescribed items is limited to the value of the items in question.
Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity, including multiple account creation or use of automated systems.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
