How it works
- Select your amount and add to basket as usual.
- Go to checkout disregarding any shipping messages. This is an online voucher, not a physical product so shipping doesn't apply.
- Make your payment.
- The e-gift card will be emailed directly to the email you use when you make your purchase. It will contain a special code to use during checkout to redeem the gift card.
- Forward the email on to your friends or family as a gift for them to enjoy!
Orders placed before 2 PM Monday-Friday are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after will roll on to the next working day.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

We will NOT email you to confirm the receipt of your return. Please use your return tracking instead. You will only be emailed once refunded.
Return processing can take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. We appreciate your patience whilst we inspect the returned goods to ensure they meet our Return Terms & Conditions https://www.little-mistress.com/pages/returns before any funds can be refunded.
All refunds are processed to your original payment method. The initial shipping cost and the return charge is automatically deducted from your refund. Depending on the way you paid, the funds may take additional 5 business days to show on your bank/card statement. This time frame is dictated by your bank/card provider and is outside of our control.
